How's Lemon Axe Workin out for ya?!

I think right now it is integral to have a little thought process, all of us, to see how we are progressing with Lemon-Axe. What are the positive benefits we have seen so far in ourselves and are there any goals you'd like to establish?
Right now I think we may need some inspiration since we haven't had a meeting. If you guys haven't yet you could always have a meeting without me and tell me how it turns out.

Anyway I'll start off. So far the positive benefits are wonderful. I'm back at my high school weight 110 so I don't feel the need to lose more "weight" but would like to maintain this weight and replace fat with muscle as much as I can without becoming a hardcore exerciser (I hate exercise). The food options with the Lemon Axe diet I feel are pretty satisfying and it keeps me off the fast food. Hopefully it may help some of you not spend so much money in restaurants also with the soup thing. I enjoy the tea, the wasabi wednesdays, the vinegar shots (my god they make your stomach crazy for hours it is so funny). I think the weird stuff is what makes the diet fun and inspires (me at least) to stick to it. [Although the geographical proximity of other Lemon-Axers also helped. Here I am in a Lemon Axe wasteland where no man has heard of or is excited about this breakthrough diet. Hlep me :( ] I think it would be fun to create new crazy diet routines. The Lemon-Axercizes seem adequate for me right now. I have a hard time keeping up with them but I think they are beneficial. Adding more on right now would just discourage me I think.

Anyway guys what's your story? how's Lemon Axe helping you?

Some Lemonaxestuff.
Ok here's an update. I sent in a form to Sony to create the guild Lemon Axe. They rejected the name though something about how it was insulting or something???! wackos. Anyway that's that.
So tonight I am having dinner with the principal of the private school I went to in Jr High. I haven't seen her (except once this February for a brief amount of time) in 7 years. So I consider this a Special Occasion and will not be ordering soup (unless soup is the best thing on the menu). Just a heads up!

Also, when would you guys like to set up a chat to do a meeting? Maybe we can figure out a way to do that. Fun fun fun.

and I miss tacos ;(

kobe sushi is so win
actually any sushi is win!

i went to kobe with chris on saturday and smiley successfully got kieu closer to drunk than she's EVER been. EVER. it was so freakin good though. i miss kobe. i still think we should go every wednesday. not sure how that would work out for traffic though. but oh the yum...

and on sunday i hit happy hour at benihana. benihana soup and salmon and eel and crunchy and benihana special roll all right outside my door! oh this is just marvelous.

and i started making sushi for breakfast sunday, but had a high school friend's graduation celebration to run to. i can't believe someone from my class has a kid already. a walking kid. not a itty bitty baby. and this is not some hoebag or anything.. this was one of the honors kids. some people just start earlier than others i guess.. but it's crazy. already a few marriages within my old class. but later that night i decided i needed some more yum, so i made california rolls, some hand rolls with shrimp, and some veggie hand rolls with lots of avocado for matt coz he's a crazy avocado lover it seems!

and so.. i am doing much better at meeting my vinegar requirement. i just needed rice! too bad i'm almost out now. gotta go hit little saigon! oh nos!

Ok the vinegar thing
so I looked it up and there are no scientific claims about health benefits from vinegar... anything said about it is old wives tales and such.
But. I still thing a shot of vinegar a day is hilarious and a fun addition to the diet. We can dump it if you guys want to though. :)
